Stephanie: back to her roots
Originally from Italy, Stephanie owned a small café. However, COVID-19 and the consequent lockdowns imposed in Italy jeopardized her business.
Years ago, I was trying to find the right balance between my family, free time and Rental Valley (my company). And this was not really going well. I managed a portfolio of 50 properties with 2 other staff members. And there were simply always too many stress factors to deal with.
Being the owner, I always had to fix the problems in the end. Day or night. Of course, most issues occurred during family diners or birthday parties…
At that point I realized I had to either grow my business or step back. I decided to grow it, and that’s made all the difference. I’m looking forward to talking with you to help you find the right balance too.
