• Lack of wifi – an interesting topic. We see more and more parents that want to get away from screens, technology and the world wide web. Wifi as optional can be a great selling point. 
• Pet friendly – not a great fit for every one or house, but if there is an option to take along Bobby, surely the market expands. As a matter of fact, over 27% of the dogs that live in urban areas are part of the holiday crew. We can help you to adjust your place to pets. Installing a pet shutter and including food bowls, cat litter and other animal supplies are great tools to be able to charge fees and again to attract more guests.
• Coffee machines and fancy kitchen appliances can favor your listing over others.  
• A game console – can be of the utmost importance
